The Journal of Life Sciences and Informatics (JLSI) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of its scholarly content. All published articles are maintained on secure servers managed by the Virtual University of Pakistan and are regularly backed up. The journal maintains archival copies within the University's digital repository to safeguard against data loss and to ensure continued access. Metadata associated with published articles, including Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), are deposited with Crossref to support persistent identification and discoverability. JLSI will continue to evaluate and adopt internationally recognized digital preservation services, such as the PKP Preservation Network, LOCKSS, or CLOCKSS, as appropriate to further strengthen long-term preservation.
