Conflict of Interest

A conflict of interest arises when professional judgment regarding a primary interest, such as the validity of research, may be influenced by secondary interests, including financial or personal gain. GPPPH manages conflicts of interest through several measures: authors are required to submit a conflict of interest statement, which is included in the final publication; all Editors and Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts, and substitute Editors or Reviewers are assigned when a conflict exists; and all published articles include a statement of any declared conflicts along with supporting documentation.
