The Journal of Psychology: Research & Practice welcomes genuine appeals regarding editorial decisions. Appeals must be supported with strong evidence or new data addressing the concerns raised by editors or reviewers, such as errors in review, conflicts of interest, or biased evaluation.

Editors will review eligible appeals, mediate communication with reviewers, and may involve additional reviewers if necessary. The process may extend review timelines, and authors wishing to withdraw must notify the editors and receive confirmation before submitting elsewhere.

The editor’s decision after review of the appeal is final. Complaints or appeals can be submitted directly to the editorial office at:  jprp@vu.edu.pk.
