Author Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and efficient editorial process, please adhere to the following requirements and formatting guidelines when preparing your manuscript.

Submission Requirements

• Manuscripts must be original and must not be under consideration by any other publication.

• Authors must register and submit their work through the official journal website: Register Now.

Manuscript Preparation

1. File Format

• Submit your manuscript as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) document.

2. Article Structure & Length

• Article Type: Submissions must be original research articles.

• Length: Manuscripts should be between 5,000–7,000 words.

• Structure: Follow this order, using clear headings:

  • Title

  • Abstract & Keywords

  • Introduction

  • Materials and Methods / Methodology

  • Analysis and Results

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgements (if applicable)

  • References

  • Tables and Figures (with captions)

3. Title Page (Separate File)
To facilitate our double-blind peer review, please provide author details on a separate title page. Include:

• The full title of the article (not exceeding 20 words).

• Full name, affiliation, and email address for each author.

• Clear indication of the corresponding author.

4. Main Manuscript File
Ensure the main document file is anonymous, with no author-identifying information.

• Title: Place the article title at the top of the first page.

• Abstract: A single paragraph of 200–250 words.

• Keywords: Provide 5–10 keywords immediately after the abstract.

• Main Text: Follow the structure outlined in Section 2.

• Acknowledgements: Include any acknowledgements of funding or assistance in a separate section before the references.

• Conflict of Interest: All authors must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest (financial, personal, or professional) within the past three years. State this disclosure in the Acknowledgements section.

• References, Tables & Figures: Must follow the APA (7th Edition) style guide. Please consult the official APA resources (http://www.apa.org/pubs/authors/manuscript-check.aspx) before submission.

• Formatting: Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt), double spacing, and 1-inch margins throughout.

Review & Ethics Policy

• Peer Review Process: VUP Journals employ a double-blind peer review system, where the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed. Please ensure your manuscript file contains no clues to authorship.

• Originality & Ethics: Submissions must be the original work of the authors. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable. The journal follows strict ethical guidelines in accordance with HEC and international standards.
