Al-Nazair: Journal of Modern Religious Discourses (NJMRD) is a bi-annual, tri-lingual (Urdu, English, and Arabic) double-blind peer reviewed, and an open-access research journal covering topics such as the Quran, Hadith, Sirah, Islamic Studies, Islamic History, and Jurisprudence, among others. It is published by the Department of Islamic Studies, the Virtual University of Pakistan. The journal warmly welcomes high-quality and scholarly research, particularly in the areas of the Qur’an, Hadith, Sirah, Islamic History, and Jurisprudence. It also encourages submissions from related fields such as politics, economics, law, and social sciences, provided they have a clear connection to Islam.
