Archiving Policy

The Economic Dialogue: International Journal of Policy and Practice (EDIJPP) is committed to the long-term preservation, accessibility, and permanent availability of published scholarly content.

  • All published articles are archived on the Virtual University of Pakistan Journal Management System and remain freely accessible through the journal website.
  • The journal maintains a permanent electronic archive to ensure the preservation and continued availability of published research.
  • Published articles are assigned stable bibliographic information and remain accessible without alteration, except in cases of corrections, retractions, or updates issued in accordance with the journal's publication ethics.
  • In the event that the journal ceases publication, all previously published content will remain permanently available through the institutional repository and other recognized digital preservation platforms where applicable.
  • The journal supports the principles of long-term digital preservation to ensure that scholarly records remain accessible to researchers, institutions, and the public.
  • EDJ follows the archiving and preservation best practices recommended by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
